Gemma is an amazing trainer and support network for us. She offers brilliant but practical advice and her trainer techniques are excellent. She is exceptionally patient with both of us!! The "homework" is easy to complete and my puppy loves doing it. She has learnt so quickly and is really transforming into a confident and happy dog. I would have been lost without Gemma's input and my puppy would have ran rings round me!!! I love the videos that she sends and it obvious that my puppy loves her and enjoys every lesson. Thank you so much from both of us
