Firstly Raffi really took to Jamie straight away. I cannot recommend Jamie enough. I like to have reassurance that I’m doing things correctly and it’s 15 years since we last had a puppy and we want to make sure we get the foundations right at this stage so we can progress with Raffi, plus training changes and whilst you think you know sometimes you don’t. Jamie was so kind and patient with us and reassured us with what we were doing correctly and how we could enhance ours and Raffi’s life so that we can enjoy doing stuff together. Jamie visiting today has been invaluable, I feel that we are on the right track, I have more confidence in what we are doing and it’s also good to know that we can call on Jamie again if needed. We are going to attend many of the group classes, as we believe the more we invest in us training Raffi the happier he will be and so will we. Thank you Jamie.

I recently introduced an 8 week old puppy to our household where we already have a 10 year old dog. Old dog was none too pleased about the new arrival and for me the stakes are high as I am hoping the puppy will be an assistance dog to help me manage a health condition. I contacted Jaime to help. Jaime was patient and reassuring and offered me support and practical advice to ease the transition for the dogs. Just one session and already the older dog has stopped sneering and growling at the puppy I understand how to manage their space and the pups level of excitement and feel much more hopeful at all will be well! So after just one session I understand my dogs better and have some practical games and training to work with to continue to improve their relationship. The Home visit was worth every penny and I highly recommend Jaime!
